In this episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', Rio tells Tulsi he is not interested in the property shares. Karan tells Rio not to disrespect Maa. Tulsi says Rio has equal rights, and Karan promises Rio will go to Delhi.
Dev tells Tulsi that Parth doesn't deserve equal rights in the property, but the ancestral house is in Parth's name, and he is ready to give it back. Tulsi tells Parth he will not return anything. Sahil tells Dev not to overeat. Tulsi tells Dev that she and Mihir are giving them shares willingly. Dev wants the shares in his name because he wants to sell them. Sahil tells Dev he will not do this. Rio tells Dev he can do nothing.
Rio takes sides
Rio agrees with Dev and goes against Parth. Rio supports Dev's position. Ritik tells Rio he is new here and shouldn't get involved in family matters. Rio tells Ritik he is not interested in family issues, but he agrees with Dev. Karan tells Rio not to talk to Maa like this. Rio tells Dev to keep his share, too, but he also goes against Parth. Nandini tells Rio to stay in his place because he has no rights and should keep quiet.
Rio starts arguing with Nandini and blames her for what happened with his father.
Parth and Vaishnavi's big business win
Vaishnavi and Parth meet with an important client from Germany who wants to place a large order for Bandhej. Vaishnavi shows the collection, and Parth asks her to wear a saree to give a live demonstration. Vaishnavi wears the saree and shows off the design. Parth records the video, and the client is impressed. The client agrees to place the order, and they both celebrate.
Parth wants to take credit and show Vaishnavi the video he plans to upload to their website.
Parth tells Vaishnavi she looks very beautiful in the saree.
Khushbu tries to help
Nandini is upset about what happened with Rio. Khushbu comes to talk to Nandini. Khushbu learns that Rio is accusing Nandini of what happened with his father and tells her not to discuss his father. Rio accuses Nandini of having an affair with Karan. Nandini tells Rio to stop saying such disgusting things.
Khushbu explains the law to Rio about the importance of a woman's consent. Rio tells Khushbu that Nandini and Tulsi are taking advantage of these laws.
Khushbu tells Rio he is misbehaving with Nandini, and Rio tells her to stay away from his family matters.
Nandini confronts Tulsi
Tulsi asks Rio what he is doing. Rio tells Tulsi that Nandini is accusing his father. Nandini confronts Tulsi for giving equal rights to Rio. She says she has no idea what she has done by bringing Rio to Shantiniketan.

Family updates and worries
Tulsi tells Mihir that the children will go to Delhi by train. Damini tells Tulsi that Papa misses her very much, but her husband doesn't call her often. Gautam tells Damini to move to the US, so he will call her 3-4 times a day. Niyati tells everyone she is very lucky because Karan calls her regularly. Parth tells Nandini to control herself because her father is doing this for a good reason. Tulsi asks Nandini to try a dish she prepared, but Nandini refuses.
