‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ December 31 update: Arguments ensue as tensions rise between Mitali and Ritik

The last episode of ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ for 2025 brings in another series of questionable events for Tulsi. The episode starts with Vrinda and Tulsi ending up at the same house.

However, the two are still unable to meet one another. An argument between Ritik and Mitali ensues after she feels insulted.

Mitali and Ritik’s argument

The househelp asks for leave to attend her daughter’s school function. This leaves Mitali agitated, who scolds her for asking for leave at the last minute. Ritik enters the scene and tells the househelp to leave peacefully, clarifying that she had already asked for the leave a month in advance.

Standing up for the househelp yet again leaves Mitali angry and irritated, which causes the two of them to break out into an argument.Mihir steps in and stops their fight after he sees their daughter looking at her parents. He tells the couple to behave properly and says that they are both scaring her with their tactics and fights, which is not the right thing. He then takes his granddaughter away to her bedroom.

Mihir and Noina’s fight

Mihir confides in Noina and says that Ritik and Mitali’s wedding and marriage were a big mistake after he witnessed the two of them fighting all the time.

Noina comments about how Angad has already hurt Mitali and tells him that he also wants to break their marriage, which leaves Mihir laughing and judging her double standards. He mocks her, saying that it does not matter if someone else's marriage goes down in shambles, but her niece’s marriage should go as planned.

Noina tries to reason with him, saying that another name for marriage is 'compromise'. Mihir readily counters her and says that 'if you love someone, you should not have to compromise', leaving Noina agitated.

He also adds that since Noina mainly cares about having control of everything in the house, there is no point in explaining all of this to her.

Tulsi and Munni meet

Tulsi arrives at Munni’s office, leaving her shocked and happy. She gets down on her knees in front of Tulsi and asks for her blessings. Tulsi expresses her pride and the name she has managed to make for herself. Munni thanks Tulsi for her support and love, and credits all of her achievements to her name, citing that they would not have been possible without her. Munni and Tulsi talk about her leaving Shanti Niketan, saying that she talked to the cook there. Tulsi says that she left the place because she was alone and she felt that it was the right time and thing to do. She also confides in Munni and informs her that she is not going to the exhibition because the Virani family has a stall set up there and that she does not wish to bump into her family.

Tulsi motivates Vaishnavi

Tulsi and Vaishnavi also share a moment as the latter expresses her concern about their stall at the exhibition. She tells Tulsi that all of the people at the event are going to the Virani’s stall, though Tulsi does not give in to the fear and tells Vaishnavi that she should believe in herself. Vaishnavi still feels odd about everything and turns to a video call, saying that their stall is empty. She moves the camera around so that Tulsi can see the event; however, when she spots Mihir at the Virani’s stall, she ends up getting emotional.

This also prompts her to end the call with Vaishnavi as well abruptly.
