Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar Fallout: Gangsters Join Separate Groups, Say Reports

Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar have reportedly parted ways, giving a new headache to law enforcement. Bishnoi is lodged in Sabarmati jail while Brar is believed to be in the US.

Causing more trouble for the law enforcement which are already having a tough time in tracking the syndicates of dreaded gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar, the duo have reportedly parted ways. According to media reports, Central probe agencies have concluded this following interrogation of several of the duo’s associates.

Currently, Lawrence Bishnoi is lodged in Sabarmati jail while Goldy Brar is believed to be operating out of the US.

The reports claim both the gangsters have decided to end their alliance with Goldy joining hands with Azerbaijan-based Rohit Godara while Bishnoi with Canada-based Noni Rana. Their internal rift and new associations will further heighten the surveillance by the probe agencies.

The reports mentioned the latest development was discussed with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) recently by police officers from Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi.

It is suspected that rift emerged among the gangster alliance over Bishnoi’s younger brother Anmol who is also a part his global criminal syndicate. It is learnt that differences grew after Bishnoi got upset with Brar and Godara over their handling of Anmol’s case in the US.

Reports citing Central intelligence agencies mentioned Brar and Godara did not help Anmol file the required bail bond, however Anmol was released but with an ankle bracelet tracker.

For the unversed, Anmol (25) was arrested by US immigration authorities in November 2024 for allegedly entering the country with fake documents. Further, he was allegedly involved in Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s 2022 murder and was the “mastermind" in the murder of NCP leader and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique in 2024.

It has come to light that state police have found that over the past few months, Noni Rana (Surya Pratap), the younger brother of Kala Rana (Virender Pratap), a notorious gangster from Haryana, has been making extortion calls and collecting money on behalf of Bishnoi.

Alleged mastermind behind the murder of Moosewala, Brar (Satwinderjit Singh) was declared a designated terrorist by India under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in 2024.

During Lawrence’s initial days in the criminal world, he had joined hands with Brar, Kala Rana and others and made a group of his own. He has expanded his connections to several states and later entered the global criminal syndicate.
