New Delhi: Recently, Lenovo has released its 2026 model of the Legion R9000X in China. Legion R9000X is priced at 20,999 yuan (roughly Rs 2,96,165), and it entirely relies on AMD’s latest mobile silicon for both processing and graphics, with the dedicated graphics card to maintain a thinner profile of the laptop. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 392 processor. It is built on a 4nm process using the Gen 5 architecture; the chip has 12 cores and 24 threads with a maximum boost clock of 5GHz.

It uses the integrated Radeon 8060S GPU; this integrated graphics unit is based on the RDNA 3.5 architecture and includes 40 Compute Units. Lenovo stated that this configuration offers graphics performance similar to that of a discrete GPU, which is the primary reason a laptop can remain relatively thin for a gaming-aimed machine. The company is using its second-generation QianKun cooling system. In its highest performance setting, the system is rated for 120W total power output.

It features a 15.3-inch OLED panel with a high 165Hz refresh rate. It also carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It comes with 64 GB of LPDDR5X-8000 RAM and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. It also has a secondary M.2 slot to add another drive for extra storage.

It includes two 40Gbps USB-4 ports, one 10Gbps USB-C port, two 10Gbps USB-A ports, an HDMI connection, an SD 4.0 card reader, and a 3,5mm headphone jack. USB-C ports support DisplayPort 2.1, which enables 8K output at 60Hz or 4K at 240Hz. It also includes Wi-Fi 7, a quad-speaker system, a 5MP webcam with privacy shutter and Windows Hello support, and a keyboard with 1.5mm of key travel. It supports 180W fast charging through USB-C and standard 100W USB Power Delivery.
