Fans also drew parallels between certain scenes and iconic moments from global fantasy hits. One viewer noted, “This specific scene from #Lokah reminded me of this scene from ‘Twilight Saga’,” referring to the early accident sequence featuring Naslen and Kalyani.
‘Deserved 1000 crores,’ claim passionate viewers
Fans have been equally vocal about the film’s scale and ambition. “In terms of story, acting, action and visual effects — mid movies like Kantara don’t deserve the collection it did. Lokah, made in Rs 30 crore, deserved Rs 1000 crore,” one user commented.
Starring Kalyani Priyadarshan as Chandra, the film follows her mysterious arrival in Bengaluru and her involvement with an organ trafficking gang. With strong performances from Naslen, Sandy Master, Arun Kurian, and Chandu Salim Kumar, 'Lokah' is surely a milestone in Mollywood.
