A Bond Beyond the Band

The boy band One Direction, consisting of Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Zayn Malik, is one of the most celebrated bands. They reportedly lost their dear member Liam Payne earlier this year, and now the group's eldest member, Louis Tomlinson, has spoken candidly about his friendship with the youngest member, Harry Styles.

He stated that they are still friends years after announcing their hiatus.

No Rift Between Louis and Harry

Louis Tomlinson has spoken out about their bond amid speculation of a rift between them. Speaking on the Yoto Daily Soccer Aid Special podcast, Louis responded, “I do still know him,” after a child enquired about the state of their relationship.“I used to be in a band with him; we're not in a band anymore, so that’s what happens,” he continued. “But yeah, still good friends with him,” effectively putting an end to any rumours that the two were having issues.

Both have since launched very successful solo careers.

Of the five, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson developed an unintentionally close bond. There were even rumours of a covert romantic relationship based on their friendship, which the members denied time and again.
