Bollywood actress Kajol, who will soon be seen in the upcoming mythological horror film 'MAA', recently made a strange comment on Hyderabad's iconic Ramoji Film City.According to a report by Odishatv, while promoting her new film, the veteran actress opened up about her past filming experiences at the sprawling studio complex and described it as having "haunted vibes.
"The 'DDLJ' actress revealed that she has always felt a deep sense of unease while shooting at Ramoji Film City. She shared that she has experienced some unsettling energy during shoots, certain locations were so scary, she wanted to get out and never return. "Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, for instance, is famously known as one of the most haunted places in the world," she said, without citing any particular incident.Fans and netizens quickly picked up on Kajol’s statement, a section of fans shared that Ramoji Film City is not only a popular shooting destination but also a tourist attraction. The netizen on X wrote, "With due respect to Kajol, if Ramoji Film City were truly haunted, lakhs of people wouldn’t be visiting it every year. It’s Hyderabad’s pride in film tourism"While some users dismissed her comment as a personal feeling or superstition, some also took it more seriously, questioning such remarks.
