Actress Mahhi Vij has clarified that she will not be participating in the upcoming season of the reality show Lock Upp. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Mahhi addressed the speculation surrounding her participation in the show.
She revealed that while she was approached by the makers and discussions had taken place, she has decided not to join the show this year.Mahhi shared that she is instead planning to go on a vacation with her daughter. She said, “To all of those who are asking if I am doing Lock Upp 2. So I am not doing Lock Upp 2. I am in fact, going on a vacation with my daughter. And yes, I was being considered and there were talks. Maybe next year! But this year I am going on a vacation with my cutie.”Her announcement received mixed reactions from fans on social media. While many expressed disappointment at not getting to see her on the reality show this season, others supported her decision to prioritise spending quality time with her daughter. Several fans also said they would love to see Mahhi participate in the show in the future if she decides to join next year.While Mahhi has ruled out participating in Lock Upp 2 this year, she hinted that she may consider joining the reality show in the future.
Moreover, Mahhi recently exited Sehar Hone Ko Hai and shared an emotional note. Sharing the video, Mahhi wrote, “Playing Kausar was never just a role for me; it was an emotion I carried with full sincerity, dedication, and faith. I didn’t just perform Kausar, I lived her in every scene, every emotion, and every moment.
