MAMAMOO to return as a group
Three years ago, MAMAMOO went on a hiatus as all of the members wished to work on their solo careers more. All of the members since then have released their own music and have featured in a lot of solo projects as well. Now, as per reports shared by News1 online, the group is all set and ready to make their big return to the world of K-pop.It was shared in the official statement that the group has gotten together again, and that they are currently working on and preparing to make an official comeback in June next year, leaving fans elated at the news.
The comeback will also coincide with their 12th official anniversary as a group as well.
World tour in the cards for MAMAMMOO
The statement also confirmed that soon after the group’s official comeback after 3 years, they are also planning on embarking on a world tour. The announcement has come as a major surprise for many fans as well, who had been expecting new music from the group since their last release, ‘ILLELLA’ in 2022.

About MAMAMOO
The group debuted in 2014 with the single titled ‘Don’t be Happy’, which helped solidify their image in the industry. Throughout the years, the group has released a lot of songs that have helped them rise to the top and establish themselves as vocal powerhouses and all-rounders. Since the announcement of their hiatus, members Hwasa and Wheein left their management agency and joined other companies after their contracts expired. Solar and Moonbyul chose to stay in the same company. Through all of this however the group has confirmed on multiple occasions that these events would not affect their activities as a group in any way.
