Megastar Chirajeevi’s ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ directed by Anil Ravipudi has been performing well at the box office, marking one of the biggest Sankranti releases in recent years. The film has already surpassed Prabhas’ ‘The Raja Saab’ in under a week of its release.According to a report by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film made an estimated Rs 18.50 crore on Saturday, which brings its total to an estimated Rs 139.85 crore. The film opened to a solid Rs 41.6 crore on Monday, with its collections including premiere show earnings. Later, the Sankranti festive season boosted its earnings with collections hitting an estimated Rs 18.75 crore on Tuesday. The film went on to add an estimated Rs 19.5 crore on Wednesday and scored its second-highest earnings with a total of Rs 22 crore on Thursday.
The Film went on to earn an additional Rs 19.5 crore on Friday.
‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ beats 'The Raja Saab’
The film's total box office collection now stands at an estimated Rs 139.85 crore. The collection of the film in six days has surpassed the total collection of the Prabhas starrer ‘The Raja Saab’, which earned an estimated Rs 136.75 crore in nine days.Meanwhile, as per the report, the film's gross India total has hit an estimated Rs 166.5 crore. With an additional Rs 33 crore raked in from overseas markets, the film's worldwide collection has shot past the Rs 200 crore mark.
Theatrical occupancy
The film has a total occupancy of an overall 61.07% in Telugu markets on Saturday. During the morning shows, it recorded 40.17% occupancy, which increased to 62.38% in the afternoon and further increased to 72.15% during its evening shows.
