Team Canada's new jerseys, highlighting their unique design and the excitement surrounding the 2026 Winter Olympics has taken the front seat. The red, black and whites have kept to their tradition, and their new jersey showcases the same for the next season as well.

The national team wore a similar style for their last out, back in 2022 - and they will proudly show off their team's tradition once again in February of 2026, when they travel to Italy for their upcoming outing. There's only three months left for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, and now Team Canada looks ready to take it on. They did not have the desired results during the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, but with a new look, they will look to add another medal to their storied shelf.

Their last win came during the 2018 Olympics in South Korea, when the team placed third, winning Bronze for their country.

Canada unveils bold new jerseys for 2026 Winter Olympics

Team Canada has revealed three bold new jerseys for the upcoming 2026 Winter Olympics. The primary jersey has a red base with black stripes, while the second one has a white base and features red stripes on it. The alternate jersey, their third one, will be in black with a red logo, which is quite similar to what they have been sporting in the other international tournaments.

This will be the first time since Sochi 2014 that NHL players will return to Olympic ice. Six members of Team Canada have already been announced - Captain Sidney Crosby alongside Connor McDavid, Cale Makar, Nathan MacKinnon, Sam Reinhart, and Brayden Point. Apart from Crosby, this will be a debut performance for the rest of the players, and the rest of the players in the roster are set to be announced in January of 2026.January will also see the announcement of the Women's hockey team of Canada. This will coincidentally also be the first Olympics tournament since the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) was created in 2023. Their team will have two jersey options, which was announced during the Rivalry Series game between the Canadian and American women’s national teams on November 6. The first will be in white with a multi-toned red maple leaf crest, red stripes on the arms and bottom, and red numbers on the back; and the second in red with a multi-shade black maple leaf crest, black stripes on the arms and bottom, and white numbers on the back. Also Read: NHL No. 1 picks since 2000: Alex Ovechkin, Sidney Crosby, and Connor McDavid lead the list
