Ravi Teja's 'Mass Jathara' is facing a disappointing box office performance, struggling to meet expectations. Despite a decent opening, collections have significantly dropped, with the film failing to cross the crore mark daily after the first week. Early reports indicate a total collection of Rs 17.09 crore by its 13th day, with theatre occupancy also showing a decline.

Ravi Teja's latest release, 'Mass Jathara' is having a poor run at the box office. The film was released on October 31, came with huge expectations, but it has not been able to replicate the magic of the Mass Maharaja's entertainers.

On the 13th day, the film collected Rs 11 lakh as per the early reports.According to the report by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film had a decent start as it opened to Rs 3.1 crore on Friday. Then on Saturday, it went on to collect Rs 4.2 crore. However, the film was a steep drop at the start of the week, minting Rs 1.2 crore on Monday, and only making Rs 72 lakh later in the week on Thursday, bringing the first week total of Rs 14.55 crore.

The film has not been able to make a crore in a single day since. It made Rs 42 lakh, then Rs 58 lakh and Rs 81 lakh on the second weekend. The numbers took a drastic drop during the second week, making Rs 19 lakh, Rs 17 lakh and Rs 26 lakh on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. This takes the overall box office total to Rs 17.09 crore.

Box office clash

'Mass Jathara' was released alongside SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali: The Epic', which seemed to have impacted the box office collection share during its opening weekend.

Theatre occupancy

'Mass Jathara' had a Telugu occupancy at 13.06%. The film saw a morning show at 15.19% then later it gradually started dropping to 13.47% during the afternoon shows. Evening shows were at 12.47% and saw the lowest at night at 11.12%.
