Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Tuesday hinted at a ceasefire with Israel, as he thanked his armed forces for the operations against Israel until 4 am (local time).

He also mentioned his armed forces defended the country “until their last drop of blood" and responded until the “very last minute".

“The military operations of our powerful Armed Forces to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4 am," the Iranian Foreign Minister wrote.

“Together with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces who remain ready to defend our dear country until their last drop of blood, and who responded to any attack by the enemy until the very last minute," he added.

His post came nearly 15 minutes after another of his social media posts, wherein the Iranian Foreign Minister wrote that there was “no agreement" on a ceasefire with Israel.

Araghchi had also mentioned that Iran would stop its attacks on Israel only of Israel halted attacks by 4 am local time.

“As of now, there is NO agreement on any ceasefire or cessation of military operations," Araghchi wrote.

“However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4 am Tehran time, we have no intention to continue our response afterwards," he added.

“The final decision on the cessation of our military operations will be made later," Araghchi added.
