Miracle in Gujarat: Toddler comes under SUV, escapes without a scratch

In an incident nothing short of a miracle in Gujarat, a 3-year-old child came under an SUV near his residence but escaped completely unharmed. The entire event was captured on a CCTV camera installed near the child's home and a video of the incident has now gone viral.

The incident happened in Gandevi taluka of Navsari district when the toddler was playing in the courtyard of his house. The video then shows the boy coming under a Toyota Fortuner as it enters the courtyard of the house.

Upon hearing the child's cries, a woman, presumably his mother, rushed to the spot and asked the driver to stop the vehicle. The video shows the woman screaming and frantically searching for the toddler beneath the car.

Seconds later, the woman brings him out. Miraculously, the child did not sustain even a scratch in the incident.

The incident could have been fatal if the woman had not reached in time and stopped the vehicle.

A similar incident happened in Maharashtra last year. A six-year-old boy narrowly escaped death after a car ran over him in Vasai. A CCTV footage of the incident had gone viral.

The video showed the car hitting the child and then dragging him. After the car runs over him, the child is seen getting on his feet, crying in pain. The parents of the child later registered a complaint against the driver.
