Major League Cricket is back for another season of thrilling cricket. The USA-based T20 franchise league has returned with the same excitement, featuring dramatic clashes and world-class cricket.The 2026 season will feature six teams: Los Angeles Knight Riders, San Francisco Unicorns, Seattle Orcas, Texas Super Kings, Washington Freedom and MI New York (the defending champions).

The season will kick off in style, with its first match featuring a clash between Texas Super Kings and Seattle Orcas on June 19 at TSK’s home ground, Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas.The season will comprise 34 fixtures, with the Finals scheduled to be played in Oakland on July 19.

Each team will feature in at least 10 matches following the single round-robin format.The season will be played across three venues in Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas, Knight Riders Cricket Field in Pomona, and the Oakland Coliseum in Oakland. As the season progresses, the top four teams will advance to the playoffs, comprising Qualifier, Eliminator, Challenger, and the summit match.The rosters are finalised, and the schedule is all set for another thrilling and action-packed season. With exciting matchups, fierce rivalries, and high-quality cricket on display, fans can look forward to a summer of nonstop entertainment as teams battle for the coveted MLC trophy.
