Turning Point USA personality Alex Clark says Erika Kirk, widow of slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk, is “more conservative” than her late husband and is already making her mark on the non-profit organisation he co-founded.“I’m excited because Charlie had said on his show at one point that Erika was actually more conservative than he was, so I can’t wait to see what that means,” Clark told Fox News Digital on Thursday. She remarked that Erika, now the company's CEO and board chair, has energised staff since taking over, and described her as “an absolute force” who wants to “10x the organisation.”According to Clark, the group has received more than 62,000 requests for new high school and college chapters since Kirk’s September 10 assassination.
Calling the surge “poetic justice,” the podcaster said: “The left thought everything would die with him. And that’s just clearly not even close to the reality.”Clark also praised Erika, a former Miss Arizona USA, as “very sharp” and someone ready to guard TPUSA against “opportunists.”"So, for employees that work here, for donors, people that want to be involved, nobody should be afraid of what made Turning Point so special and so successful, that any of that would slip away.
I think that she's going to have the perfect ingredients to add to our success recipe to make it even better," she stated.A celebration of life for Charlie Kirk is scheduled Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, with President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance among the scheduled speakers. The FBI has charged 22-year-old Tyler Robinson with Kirk’s murder.
