More property tax services on GHMC website

Property tax and trade licence services which were available only at MeeSeva centres can now be accessed on the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC)’s website too, a statement from GHMC informed on Tuesday.

Certain services related to property tax are already available online, including self assessment, revision, exemption, mobile number updating, correction of door number, correction of owner’s name and vacancy remission.

In addition, services such as mutation of property tax, mutation of vacant land tax, blocking of PTIN or Vacant Land Tax Number or Trade Licence Number also will be available on the GHMC website, the statement said.

The applicants need to mention the relevant unique identification number (PTIN/VLTN/TIN), and upload the necessary documents on the portal, which will be forwarded to the GHMC Revenue wing official concerned for verification and approval.
