More trouble for Khan Sir? Fresh allegations link him to rival's brother's death

Patna’s popular educator Khan Sir might be in for further trouble as the mysterious death of Prince Yadav, the younger brother of Gyan Bindu, GS Academy director and the former’s rival Roshan Anand, continues to fuel controversy, allegations and political reactions across Bihar.

On June 14, Prince Yadav was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Nepal, a development that has shocked many and raised several unanswered questions.

Yadav’s death has attracted widespread attention because it came at a time when his name had already surfaced in a case related to violence and vandalism outside Khan Sir's coaching institute in Patna.

The incident has now snowballed into a high-profile controversy involving Bihar's coaching industry, political leaders and competing claims over what may have happened in the days leading up to Prince Yadav's death.

A fresh twist was added on Monday when Roshan Anand walked out of Beur Jail after securing bail in the coaching institute violence case.

Soon after his release, he directly accused Khan Sir of having a hand in his brother's death. He alleged that Prince's death was not a normal incident and demanded a detailed investigation into the matter.

Roshan Anand said the circumstances surrounding the death were suspicious and urged authorities to uncover the truth.

Roshan Anand's allegations have received significant attention because they come against the backdrop of an already existing conflict between the two coaching groups.

FIRING OUTSIDE KHAN SIR’S COACHING CENTRE

The rivalry had intensified after violence erupted outside Khan Sir's coaching institute in Patna earlier this month. Police registered cases in connection with the incident, and both camps traded accusations over who was responsible for the unrest.

Prince Yadav was among those whose names reportedly surfaced during the investigation into that violence. His sudden death in Nepal shortly afterwards has therefore led to speculation and renewed scrutiny of the entire sequence of events.

TEJ PRATAP YADAV TARGETS KHAN SIR

The controversy escalated further when RJD founder Lalu Prasad Yadav’s elder son, Tej Pratap Yadav, publicly entered the debate and accused Faisal Khan (Khan Sir) of being responsible for Prince Yadav's death.

Tej Pratap Yadav demanded a thorough investigation and questioned the circumstances under which Prince Yadav died. His remarks transformed the issue from a dispute between rival coaching institutes into a politically charged controversy.

The allegations made by Roshan Anand and Tej Pratap Yadav have placed Khan Sir under increasing public pressure. However, neither allegation has been supported by any official findings from investigators so far.

Khan Sir has categorically denied all accusations levelled against him. Expressing grief over Prince Yadav's death, he has maintained that he had no role whatsoever in the incident.

Khan Sir has repeatedly stated that he wants a complete and impartial investigation so that the truth can emerge through evidence rather than speculation.

He has also questioned the circumstances surrounding the death and said that investigators should determine who was present with Prince Yadav before the incident, what happened inside the hotel and whether there were any suspicious circumstances leading to his death.

According to Khan Sir, the case should be investigated professionally and without prejudice. He has said that no conclusion should be drawn until all facts are established by the authorities conducting the probe.

PRINCE YADAV DEATH PROBE

At present, the Nepal Police is investigating the case. Officials have not publicly disclosed a final conclusion regarding the cause of death. Authorities are examining evidence and other available information before determining whether the death resulted from foul play or any other reason.

Apparently no investigating agency has so far publicly linked Khan Sir to Prince Yadav's death. The allegations being made against him remain allegations and have not been established by any official investigation.

Despite that, the controversy continues to grow because of the prominence of the individuals involved. Khan Sir is among the most well-known educators in the country and commands a massive following among students.

The case has also become politically sensitive because of the sensational claim made by Tej Pratap Yadav alleging involvement of Khan Sir in the death of Prince.

Several important questions remain unanswered. Investigators are yet to determine the exact cause of Prince Yadav's death.

It is also unclear who was with him before the incident, what evidence may emerge from hotel records and whether investigators will uncover any indication of foul play.

For now, the death of Prince Yadav remains under investigation, while the political and public controversy surrounding it continues to intensify.
