Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that he believes that big currency notes should be discontinued to eradicate corruption.

In an exclusive interview with India Today TV's Consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai, Naidu said that "all big currencies should be abolished."

According to Naidu, even Rs 500 notes should be discontinued.

"Only currency notes under Rs 100 and Rs 200 should be there. Not even Rs 500 note," Naidu said.

"All big currencies should be abolished. Only then we can eradicate corruption," he added.
