Trouble mounts for Monojit Mishra, the main suspect in the gangrape of a 24-year-old law student in Kolkata, as doctors reportedly found scratch marks on his body. Medical examinations revealed nail-inflicted injuries, suggesting that the victim tried to resist during the assault. The alleged gangrape occurred inside a security guard’s room at South Calcutta Law College on June 25.
