The 11th Amaravati Property Festival of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Central Zone, under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, will be held in Vijayawada from September 19 to 21.
The three-day mega expo will bring together over 60 exhibitors, including reputed developers, housing finance institutions, interior solution providers, architects and consultants. The festival will serve as a one-stop platform for homebuyers to explore approved projects, interact with banks for guidance, and discover interior and home improvement solutions.
At a press conference on Monday, NAREDCO Central Zone President Sandeep Mandava said that the event is dedicated to empowering homebuyers through transparency and financial support.
“This festival puts homebuyers first by bringing credible developers, transparent project options, and on-the-spot financial assistance under one roof. Vijayawada-Amaravati is entering its next phase of growth, and we invite families to make confident, well-informed decisions,” he said. He also thanked the Andhra Pradesh government for key reforms like repealing the NALA Act, easing layout and construction norms, and speeding up project approvals, which have boosted the industry.
NAREDCO’s State Executive Vice-President Kiran Paruchuri shared insights on the improved ease of doing business and policy clarity, highlighting how these measures have created a favourable environment for timely project execution and enhanced buyer confidence.
Title sponsor SLV Developers chairman Penmatcha Srinivasa Raju said that the event will showcase premium communities and extend exclusive festival guidance to families in search of their dream homes. NAREDCO Central Zone Executive Secretary Hari Prasad and others were present.
