Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 result 2026 expected soon
JNVST result 2026: The results for the Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 for the year 2026 have been awaited by the students and parents of the country. Candidates who have taken the Phase 1 entrance test, which took place in December 2025, have been waiting for the results to be declared.
The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has not yet announced the results declaration date. According to the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, the results for the Phase 1 entrance test, which took place for the Summer Bound Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, will be declared in the month of March 2026. After the declaration of the results, the results for the Phase 1 entrance test can be downloaded from the website, navodaya.gov.in.

Candidates should go to the official website of NVS at navodaya.gov.in. After that, they should look for the section that says “Latest @ NVS.” They should click on the option that says “JNVST Class 6 Result 2026.”After that, the candidates should click on the option that says “View Individual Result.” Then, they should enter the details of the roll number and date of birth as mentioned on the admit card. Once submitted, the screen will display the candidate’s name, marks and qualifying status.
Students are advised to download or print the result for future admission procedures.Apart from the online method, selected candidates are also informed through SMS and Speed Post. The selection list is displayed on the notice boards of the concerned Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas as well as at the offices of the District Education Officer and the district administration.
Expected cutoff marks for Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 result 2026There is no single national cutoff for Navodaya Vidyalayas.
Each district prepares its own cutoff because seats are allocated district wise. Based on previous trends and estimates, the expected cutoff range for the examination out of 100 marks is presented below.

In districts with higher competition, the cutoff may reach 80 to 85 marks. Reservation provisions apply for girls and Persons with Disabilities (PwD). The official cutoff list will be released in PDF format along with the result.Candidates shortlisted for admission must submit documents including birth certificate, residence certificate issued by the district authority, rural area certificate if applicable, caste certificate for reserved categories, disability certificate where relevant, proof of studying in the same district for the past two years, passport sized photographs and transfer certificate.
