It is mandatory for all candidates allotted NBEMS seats to pay the first-year annual course fee to NBEMS through its dedicated online portal, available at https://cns.natboard.edu.in/CandRv1/seatMatrix/index.php.
Candidates must produce the fee receipt at the time of reporting or joining. Those who fail to submit proof of payment will not be permitted to join, and their allotted seat will be treated as vacant and carried forward to the next round of counselling.NBEMS has clarified that the fee must be paid within the reporting window notified by MCC, and no relaxation in the schedule will be permitted.
Updating of reporting and joining status
After completing the joining process, candidates must ensure that their reporting and joining status is updated by the hospital on the Intra-MCC portal within the prescribed time.
Seats of candidates whose status is not updated within the deadline will be treated as vacant and may be reallocated in subsequent rounds.Candidates are therefore advised to follow up with their reporting hospital to confirm that their joining status has been updated correctly.
