MCC NEET UG Counselling registration window extended till July 31.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the deadline for NEET-UG 2025 Round 1 counselling registration to July 31. This gives students more time to complete important steps like registration, fee payment, and choice filling.
The extension applies to All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses at top institutions such as AIIMS, JIPMER, AMU, BHU, ESIC, and central universities.Students had earlier faced technical issues and asked for more time, which MCC has now granted. Seat allotment results will be declared in early August, and those who get a seat will need to report to their assigned college soon after.
NEET UG round 1 counselling schedule
MCC has released revised schedule for NEET UG counselling at mcc.nic.in. Check revised dates for round 1 below:

What students need to do
- Register on the MCC portal before July 31
- Pay the counselling fee online
- Fill and lock your college choices carefully
- Download and save the confirmation page
- Wait for seat allotment results in early August
- Report to the college between August 4 and 8 if you’re allotted a seat
If you need to make changes in your application, you can unlock it until 10 AM on July 31.
How to register online for NEET UG counselling
Here is how candidates can register online for MCC NEET UG counselling process online:
- Go to the official website, mcc.nic.in and click on “UG Medical Counselling”
- Click on ‘New Registration’ and enter NEET-UG 2025 roll number, application number, name, DOB, and security code.
- Create a password and save your login credentials for future use.
- Pay the counselling fee by using UPI/net banking/card to pay:
- Registration fee (non-refundable)
- Security deposit (refundable)
