NEST revises qualifying percentiles in 2025 results; updated scorecards out now at nestexam.in

NEST 2025 revised scorecard: The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2025 authorities have released revised scorecards after implementing a correction in the qualifying percentiles.

The updated scorecards are now available for download on the official website — https://www.nestexam.in.The revised scorecards are dated July 17, 2025, and will be considered as the final version for all admission-related processes. Candidates are required to download the updated document as previous versions will not be valid for further evaluation.Correction made to qualifying percentileAccording to the official notice published on the NEST website, a minor correction was made to the qualifying percentiles mentioned in the scorecards issued earlier.

The adjustment has been officially communicated through the NEST portal and is applicable to all candidates who appeared for the 2025 examination.Despite the revision, the change has not significantly impacted the All India Rank (AIR) of most candidates. However, the updated scorecards must be used for all admission processes associated with the participating institutes.Only revised scorecards to be considered for admissionsThe NEST examination is conducted jointly by the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, and the University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS).

For the academic year 2025–26, admissions to the five-year integrated M.Sc. programme will only be considered on the basis of the revised scorecards dated July 17, 2025.Candidates are advised to check the official website and ensure they have downloaded the correct and updated version of their scorecard.
