Ottawa Senators star forward Brady Tkachuk is expected to miss four major weeks of this season's NHL games after suffering a major wrist injury, as announced by the team’s head coach on Tuesday. According to reports, the injury occurred when Tkachuk was cross-checked into the boards in the first period on Monday. The timing of Tkachuk’s injury couldn’t be worse for the Senators, who are desperately trying to build momentum after a tough start, and Tkachuk has been one of the incredible players who the team was desperately looking forward to, given the fact that he has 29 goals a season ago, that led all skaters on the Senators, and also scored at least 29 goals in four consecutive seasons.
It is to be noted that he was selected fourth overall in the 2018 NHL Draft, and Tkachuk is now in his eighth season with the Senators.
