Indie World Showcase 3.3.2026Join us on March 3 at 6am PT for a new Indie World Showcase! Tune in for roughly 15 minutes of news and updates on indie games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

What to expected from Nintendo Indie World Showcase

This is an Indie World Showcase and not a full-scale Nintendo Direct, which means you should not expect updates on major Nintendo-owned franchises like The Legend of Zelda or the long-rumored new 3D Mario project.

Instead, the spotlight will strictly be “Nindies” – which are independent developers bringing their creative visions to Nintendo hardware, as per IGN India.Notably, the community is already looking forward to news about Hollow Knight: Silksong. The Hollow Knight recently received a high-profile "Enhanced" upgrade for the Switch 2 during last month’s Partner Showcase but the sequel remains one of the most anticipated titles. This showcase follows a massive February Partner Showcase wherein the company showcased Switch 2’s library including Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Bethesda’s Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
