Tua Tagovailoa praises Buffalo Bills linebacker Terrel Bernard for the interception
On September 18, Michael David Smith of NBC Sports reported on Tua Tagovailoa’s comments regarding the crucial interception by Bills linebacker Terrel Bernard.
Tagovailoa said, “I thought I was in rhythm, in timing of the play, seen the flat defender go over top of Jaylen (Waddle), Jaylen’s turning around. That was a really good play by the defender (Terrel Bernard). I had some color in my face trying to maneuver the throw. But 10 out of 10 times, if we’re looking at that same thing, I think I’d still try to work that timing of hitting that spot. I think the linebacker (Bernard) made a great play on that.”

Fans are furious at Tua Tagovailoa for not spotting Jaylen Waddle, with one exclaiming, “How did he not see him?”
