Shaun White and Nina Dobrev are no longer together. The Olympic snowboarder, 39, and The Vampire Diaries actress, 36, have ended their engagement. Their split was confirmed on September 11, 2025.

According to PEOPLE magazine, the choice was mutual. The source said it was made with “love and deep respect.” The pair were last seen on August 31, 2025, in Los Angeles. They were holding hands while running errands. On September 7, Nina walked the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet. She appeared without her engagement ring. She also removed her engagement post from Instagram.
