Orvakal Rock Gardens will be developed, says Tourism Minister

Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh said that the Rock Gardens at Orvakal will be developed to boost tourism.

The Minister made a brief visit to the Rock Gardens on Wednesday and inspected the Haritha Resorts and Haritha Restaurant. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the Orvakal Rock Gardens was one of the important tourist destination in the district and the commencement of Orvakal airport has increased air connectivity to the region.

Mr. Durgesh said that movie shooting in the area would increase in the future and they were planning to start a tourism circuit connecting Srisailam, Ahobilam, Belum Caves, Yaganti and other places.
