Pandiraj revealed a deeply emotional incident that happened during the shoot in Palakkad. As reported by IANS, he said, “We were shooting in Palakkad. On the very first day of reaching there and beginning the shoot, Urvasi Amma received a call saying that her brother had passed away.”

The director said he was shocked and unsure how to continue the shoot. However, Urvashi showed great professionalism and calmness. She told him not to stop the shoot and assured him that she would complete her work despite the pain.

Pandiraj said her strength surprised the entire team.

Sharing more details, Pandiraj said Urvashi returned to the set the very next day as promised. He added that the scene she had to perform was a full comedy sequence, which required high energy and timing.

The director admitted he was worried about how she would handle it while grieving. He also said Jayaram supported the situation and assured him that Urvashi would perform well. Pandiraj said, “Just as he said, she nailed it,” appreciating her incredible performance even in emotional pain.
