Actor Parag Tyagi shared a heartfelt note for his late wife Shefali Jariwala’s father on his birthday, showing his respect and affection for his father-in-law.Parag on his Instagram recently posted a video montage with clips and pictures from the celebration.
One of the most touching moments in the video was when Shefali’s father kissed the tattoo of her face on Parag’s chest.
This showed the strong bond they continue to share even after Shefali’s passing.In his caption, Parag wrote, “Happy birthday dad from your Shefu #shefalijariwala. I am always with u dad. Love u dad so much. Your shefu.”The emotional post loved by many, gained over a million views and more than 50,000 likes within hours.
Along with this tribute, Parag also shared an important update about his social media. On September 3, he announced that both his Instagram and YouTube accounts will now be fully dedicated to Shefali and her foundation.Parag wrote, “Coming very soon with Pari’s channel on YouTube. My Instagram and YouTube is dedicated to her and for her foundation #shefalijariwalarisefoundation. Any promotion and monetary coming from these are going to my Pari’s foundation.”
He also thanked their supporters for the love shown during this difficult time. “We are so overwhelmed with all your love and blessings. Just keep loving us so we can fulfill her dream together. Love you all from us — me, Pari, and Simba,” he added.Shefali Jariwala passed away on June 27 this year after suffering a cardiac arrest. Following her untimely demise, Parag announced the launch of the Shefali Jariwala Rise Foundation on August 19.
The foundation focuses on the welfare and education of children, a cause that Parag has chosen to take forward in Shefali’s memory.Shefali gained massive popularity in 2002 with the iconic music video Kaanta Laga. The actress later appeared in Salman Khan’s Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and the web series Baby Come Naa. In 2019, she entered the reality show Bigg Boss 13, where she shared the screen with her close friend and rumoured former partner Sidharth Shukla, who also passed away in his 40s.Today, Parag Tyagi continues to honor Shefali’s memory by managing the foundation and devoting his social media presence to her legacy. Parag hopes to keep her spirit alive and make a difference in the lives of children through her dream.
