The much-anticipated romantic-comedy, ‘Param Sundari,’ has been getting appreciation over the internet, and the film will soon be getting an OTT release. Starring Sidharth Malhotra (Param) and Janhvi Kapoor (Sundari), the film recently hit the theatres, and the talk about hitting the smaller screens has surfaced over social media.

While the dates have not been revealed, the film will likely arrive in October 2025 after eight weeks of theatrical release. ‘Param Sundari’ was originally supposed to be released on June 25, 2025, but the producers postponed the dates to prevent the film from getting overcrowded space in the theatres and ensure maximum profits.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Kerala, the tale revolves around Param Sachdev, who wants to launch his dating app, and Thekkepattu Sundari Damodaram Pillai, or Sundari, who gets matched with him. While Param is instantly smitten by her, she is not close to being impressed, as they don’t know the difference between South Indians – even Rajinikanth and Mohanlal.With a decent 3/5 rating, our review states, “The narrative is predictable, but moves at a steady pace.

The build up in the first half offers some light moments that will keep you engaged,” before adding, “Even if it largely remains in the known territory, fans of breezy romances will find it a pleasant watch.”
