Parigi MLA seeks Cabinet berth with AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge

Vikarabad DCC president and Parigi MLA T. Rammohan Reddy, who is on a visit to New Delhi, met AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and requested him to consider for the Cabinet berth given his service and experience.

He explained to Mr. Kharge that after the formation of Telangana, he had won twice in the last assembly elections held since 2014, and worked as CLP Secretary. Similarly, he continued to serve as the District President for two terms and worked to strengthen the party and win all the MLA seats in the district.

He said that after winning as an MLA in 2014, he remained the only Congress MLA in the joint Rangareddy district who had not changed party. Mr. Rammohan Reddy said the joint Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts don’t have a place in the Cabinet and he was eligible for the berth to strengthen the local body polls.
