Pawan Kalyan gifts ₹1 lakh to student who made battery-powered bicycle

Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan complimented Rajapu Siddhu, an Intermediate student from J. Kothavalasa village in Vizianagaram district, who built a low-cost battery-powered cycle, and gave him a cash incentive of ₹1 lakh. 

Mr. Siddhu met the Mr. Kalyan on being invited by the latter at his camp office near Mangalagiri on July 9, and explained to him on the making of the affordable battery cycle. 

Impressed by the youngster’s creativity, Mr. Kalyan rode the bicycle, and was all praise for it. Mr. Siddhu claimed that the bicycle has a range of 80 km for a three-hour battery charge.
