Actor turned politician, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, faced a sudden health problem on Friday and underwent a surgical procedure on Saturday evening. Recently, a statement issued by the Jana Sena Party handle shared about his health status.

What happened to Pawan Kalyan

As per the statement shared, Pawan Kalyan was in a meeting in Amaravati when he felt severe discomfort. He had already been unwell for the past few months. After this incident, he stopped all his official work for the day as doctors advised him to be admitted to the hospital immediately.

Pawan Kalyan had a successful surgery

He was first admitted to a hospital in Vijayawada, where doctors checked his condition and did tests, including an MRI scan. After seeing the reports, the medical team decided that surgery was needed.

Later, he was shifted to Hyderabad for better care. On Saturday evening, doctors performed the surgery. The procedure was completed successfully.At the hospital, doctors conducted medical examinations, including an MRI. Doctors have advised that he may resume official duties after a week to ten days of rest.
