First Glimpse of ‘Khalifa’
The makers of Khalifa, headlined by Prithviraj Sukumaran, announced that the film’s first glimpse, titled ‘The Bloodline’, will be released on October 16 at 10 am IST in honor of the actor’s birthday. The announcement was captioned, "#KHALIFA - The story of his bloodline. Catch the first glimpse of Aamir Ali’s world tomorrow at 10 am IST!"Directed by Vysakh, 'Khalifa' reunites the duo more than a decade after their first collaboration on Pokkiri Raja, which was also Vysakh’s directorial debut.
The film is scripted by Jinu V Abraham.
First Single from ‘Vilaayath Budha’
In addition, the makers of 'Vilaayath Budha', Prithviraj’s much-anticipated and delayed project, have revealed that the first single from the film will be released on the actor's special day at 6 pm IST. Composed by Jakes Bejoy, the track is expected to be a romantic number featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran alongside Priyamvada Krishnan.
Directed by Jayan Nambiar, a former associate of the late filmmaker Sachy, Vilaayath Budha is an adaptation of GR Indugopan’s acclaimed novel of the same name.

Tentatively titled as 'SSMB29', the movie is reportedly mounted on Rs 1000 crore and also featured Priyanka Chopra in a lead role.On the other hand, Prithviraj Sukumaran's previous outing in the Malayalam film industry was with the Mohanlal starrer 'L2: Empuraan' which turned out to be a superhit amid controversies and mixed reviews from the audiences.
