Pro FX Tech revenue up 30.7% , profit up 44.5% in H1

Audio-visual and home automation company Pro FX Tech revenue for the first six months ended September rose 30.7% year-on-year to Rs 79.3 crore, compared to Rs 60.7 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Its net profit jumped 44.5% to Rs 7.3 crore, reflecting improved operating efficiencies and prudent cost management.Operating profit (EBITDA) stood at Rs 9.8 crore, up 24% from a year earlier, while profit before tax increased 30% to Rs 9.5 crore. The company’s PAT margin expanded by 90 basis points to 9.2%, indicating stronger profitability despite a modest dip in EBITDA margins. During the first half, Pro FX strengthened its national dealer network and added The Chord Company (UK) to its portfolio of world-class brands. The company also began planning three new experience centres in Cochin, Chennai, and Mumbai, targeting high-end luxury customers“The first half of FY26 has been a period of steady consolidation and preparation for scale,” said Manmohan Ganesh, managing director of Pro FX Tech .

“Demand across both residential and corporate segments remains strong, with continued momentum in premium audio, home automation, and integrated AV solutions. Our focus remains on sustainable growth—expanding responsibly, investing in customer experience, and strengthening partnerships that define our brand.

.Looking ahead, Pro FX remains confident of sustaining its growth trajectory in the second half of FY26, supported by product portfolio expansion, a wider retail network, and new premium experience centres.
