In view of the upcoming SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, the Cyberabad police issued a prohibitory order restricting public assembly and commercial activity around exam centres.

The order, issued by the Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty, prohibits the assembly of five or more persons within a 200-metre radius of all designated examination centres. This restriction will be in place from 6 a.m. on June 3 to 6 p.m. on June 13, corresponding with the duration of the supplementary examinations.

Additionally, all photocopying and internet centres located within a 100-metre radius of the exam venues must remain closed throughout the examination period. The notification clarifies that the following are exempt from the purview of the order: police officers, military personnel, home guards, members of the education department’s flying squad, and funeral processions members on duty.

The official warned that any violation of these directives will attract legal action under the applicable laws.
