PU extends UG’s first merit list admission deadline

Patna: Patna University (PU) on Tuesday extended the date of admission of candidates figuring in the first merit list for undergraduate courses for two days more. Now the candidates who could not secure their admission till date may do so on June 17 and 18, according to a notification issued by PU registrar Shalini.The second merit list of selected candidates will be released on June 21 and the aspirants figuring in this list can secure their admission to their preferred courses from June 22 to 25, said the notification.Meanwhile, PU has made necessary arrangements for holding the entrance tests for admission to its six undergraduate courses under self-financed mode. The entrance exams for admission to courses in environmental science and biotechnology will be held on June 22 and those for admission to BCA and BBA courses will be held on June 22.The entrance test for BBA LLB and BFA courses will be held on June 24.
