In a social media post, gang members named Mahender Saran Dilana, Rahul Rinau, and Vicky Phalwan claimed responsibility for shooting Teji Kahlon, alleging that the singer had been supplying weapons and financial aid to rival gangs. They also accused Kahlon of being an informant, referred to as a "mukhbiri," for authorities and opposing criminal factions. “We carried out the shooting in Canada at Teji Kahlon.
