Vlogger Jasmin Jaffer vlog: Kerala temple cleansed
Purification rituals were performed at the Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple in Kerala on Tuesday after a non-Hindu woman vlogger allegedly entered the temple pond and shot a reel.
The sanctum sanctorum of the temple will open for the devotees to offer prayers only after 5 pm today, officials said.
Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Guruvayurappan located in the small town of Guruvayur in Kerala.
A former Bigg Boss reality show contestant and social media influencer, Jasmin Jaffer, shot a reel washing her feet at the pond, which, according to the authorities, has violated the temple rituals. Non-Hindus are not allowed to enter the temple.
Jasmin Jasffer had made a reel at the temple six days ago.
