Quiz competition held at Cluster University

Cluster University, Kurnool, on Thursday (August 21, 2025) organised a quiz competition on the eve of 153rd birth anniversary celebrations of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh `Andhra Kesari’ Tanguturi Prakasam Panthulu.

Students from various colleges participated in the competition and prizes will be distributed to the winners on August 23, the birth anniversary of the freedom fighter, at KVR Degree College in the city.

The manual for the competition was released by University Vice-Chancellor Prof. V. Venkata Basava Rao and Registrar Dr. G. Srinivas. Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor said the students must take the life of Tanguturi Prakasam Panthulu as an inspiration.

He said that it was a honour for the people of Kurnool that Tanguturi Prakasam Panthulu took oath as Chief Minister in the district.
