Quskit Fall Tech fest begins at RGUKT-Etcherla Quantum computing technology would ensure bright career for budding engineers says Visakhapatnam MP

Inaugurating the Quskit Fall Tech Fest-2025 at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies-Etcherla, on Tuesday, Visakhapatnam MP Sribharat said that quantum computing technology is a boon for budding engineers as it provides ample job opportunities and ensures promising careers in the future.

Addressing the students, the MP said that the Andhra Pradesh government has been making special efforts to promote quantum computing and other emerging technologies by highlighting the investment potential for IT companies in Visakhapatnam and Amaravati.  IBM Quantum Adviser L. Venkata Subramanyam, said that IBM has been identifying hidden talent among students by holding tech fests in 55 selected universities across the globe.

The RGUKT university director K.V.G.D. Balaji said that as part of the Quskit Fall Tech fest, till November 27, a series of seminars, workshops, paper presentation and other activities would be held on the campus . He thanked IBM and the State government for organising national events in Etcherla, after seeing the hidden talent of the youth.
