After getting married in a fairytale wedding ceremony, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda will be paired on the big screen in the upcoming film, ‘Ranabaali’. Recently, the makers a annouced that a surprise will soon be shared with the fans featuring them.

The film’s production house took to their X (formerly Twitter) handle to share a new poster. The poster shows Vijay and

as Ranabaali and Jayamma. Along with the poster, the makers wrote, “Our RANABAALI and JAYAMMA. A special surprise on Feb 28th, you’ll #Fallinlove with them once again. #Ranabaali Grand release worldwide on September 11th.”

as the captain of the ship. The story is set in colonial India and shows Vijay Deverakonda in a fierce new look and he is riding a horse with all his fury.
The visuals feel intense and emotional. The background music feels strong and powerful. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead. The film also stars Arnold Vosloo, which gives it a global appeal.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got married on February 26 in Udaipur. The wedding was a closed and intimate event which was held at ITC Mementos in Udaipur. The ceremony followed Telugu and Kodava traditions. For the ceremony, the ‘Pushpa’ actress wore a red sari paired with traditional gold jewellery, while the ‘Kingdom’ actor donned an off‑white dhoti and a red shawl.
A reception to celebrate with the film fraternity and other prominent personalities is reported to take place on March 4 in Hyderabad.‘Ranabaali’ is set to release in theatres on September 11, 2026. This film marks their third film together after ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade.’
