McEntire, who is playing one of the lead roles of Bobbie, the owner of the Tennessee bar, on the show ‘Happy Place’, reunited with actress Joanna Garcia Swisher, who played one of her daughters. In their reunion, Swisher plays the role of Kenzie, a social media influencer that Bobbie hired to promote the bar on social media. In their first scene together, McEntire payed ode to their old roles as she tells her “Whoa, you could be my daughter.”‘Reba’s cast member Melissa Peterman, who has also been a series regular at ‘Happy Place’, reunited with Swisher after years.

The two shared a scene as Peterman’s character made drinks as the bartender.While talking to Entertainment Tonight, McEntire talked about the reunion, citing that “We just had such a great time on the 'Reba show', and for Jo to join Mel and me again here on Happy’s Place is just icing on the cake.” Swisher also shared her excitement about the matter and added, “It’s really been very heartwarming … coming back, it’s family.”
