However, in the year 1998, the virus leaked from the research facility in Racoon City, located in the American Midwest.
The virus spread throughout the city, which triggered an unprecedented pandemic, mutating its residents into flesh-eating dangerous zombies.
But there were some fearless souls who decided to fight back against the terror.
