Revenue officials from across the country visit Thrissur to evaluate Kerala’s digital survey system

A delegation of revenue officials from various States visited Thrissur to assess Kerala’s advanced digital land survey system, as part of a national conclave held in Thiruvananthapuram. The team visited Edakkazhiyoor village, where the digital survey process has entered its third phase, and evaluated the system on the ground.

Prior to the site visit, the team held discussions with District Collector Arjun Pandiyan at the Thrissur Collectorate. Survey department officials made a detailed presentation on the digital survey process in the Collectorate Conference Hall.

Officials from other States lauded Kerala’s digital survey infrastructure, describing it as efficient, innovative, and a model for replication. They noted that other States have much to learn from Kerala’s practices.
