Ronda explained that Dana works hard to earn respect and is always focused on success. She called him driven and business-smart, saying he built the UFC with passion and effort. Ronda also mentioned that she’s stayed on good terms with Dana even after leaving the UFC in 2016, following her loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207.But her thoughts about Vince McMahon were very different. Ronda said, “Vince didn’t really care about how successful the company is or how much money he was making. He cared about how much influence he had on people culturally.” She added that Vince wanted to push his own view of the world, even if it didn’t help the company.

When Kreischer asked her who she liked more, Ronda didn’t hesitate, “I mean, I’m a capitalist, so Dana.” That one sentence made it clear who she preferred.
