The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially announced the final results for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) 2025 examination, marking a significant milestone for aspirants across the state.

After months of anticipation, the merit list now confirms 2,219 candidates selected for various administrative and subordinate posts under the Rajasthan government. The RAS examination, known for its competitive nature, tested candidates through preliminary, mains, and personality assessments. The final results follow the successful completion of the mains exam on July 17-18, 2025, which had been postponed earlier due to aspirants’ protests.

Total selections and category-wise breakdown

A total of 2,219 candidates have secured selection in the RAS 2025 examination. Among these, 53 candidates belong to Scheduled Areas, while 2,166 are from Non-Scheduled Areas. Additionally, provisional results were announced for 273 candidates, and the results of 12 candidates remain withheld due to pending writ petitions in the Rajasthan High Court. This categorisation ensures transparency and adherence to government norms.

Examination process

The RPSC RAS Mains examination was conducted on July 17 and 18, 2025, after being postponed from June due to aspirant protests. Initially, 2,461 candidates had cleared the written examination and appeared for the personality test and viva voce. Following the evaluation, 25 candidates were disqualified due to category revision, and the results of 11 candidates were withheld, reflecting the commission’s strict adherence to rules.
